FAQ

How long is the catamaran tour and how big is the group?

The tour lasts 4 hours, from La Lonja Marina and back. There are never more than 12 guests on board.

What time does the tour depart?

In season (end of March to end of October) we sail daily. Morning tours depart between 09:00 and 10:30, the last afternoon tour departs at 15:30. From November to March the tour runs Wednesday to Saturday, 11:30–15:30, from 4 guests.

How much does the catamaran tour cost?

Adults (from 10 years) from €99, children aged 4–9 from €69, infants up to 3 years free. The price depends on date and season, the booking calendar shows the exact amount.

Where do we meet?

At the Marina Gate of La Lonja Marina (Muelle de la Lonja, 07001 Palma), 15 minutes before departure. Please don't go into the marina on your own. Our hostess picks you up at the gate.

How many swim stops are there?

We plan 2 stops in sheltered coves, with SUP boards and snorkel gear. As we are out at sea, the skipper adapts the plan to wind and waves.

Do we sail or use the engine?

How much we sail depends on the wind on the day. The crew sets the sails whenever possible. Because the swim stops and the coast are the focus of the 4-hour tour, we sometimes motor part of the way to leave enough time in the water.

What is included and what should I bring?

Welcome drink, Mallorcan tapas, water, SUP boards and snorkel gear are included. More drinks are available on board (cash or card). Bring swimwear, sunscreen and ideally your own towel.

Is the tour suitable for children?

Yes. Children of all ages are welcome with an adult, and we have life jackets in all sizes. Infants up to 3 sail free, children aged 4–9 from €69.

What happens if I cancel or the weather is bad?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations are non-refundable. If wind or waves make the trip unsafe, we contact you as early as possible and offer another date or a full refund.

Which language does the crew speak?

Our crews speak English and Spanish.
