“The biggest disappointment was that we were charged for bottled water. This was not made clear in the tour description…”
Our answer: You're right, that was our mistake, and we're sorry. Bottled water is included on every SailPalma trip, and we've made sure it won't happen again.
“The wind was perfect for sailing but motored most of the time w/exception to last 20min.”
Our answer: Thank you, Jodie. How much we sail depends on the wind on the day, and our crew sets the sails whenever conditions allow. On the 4-hour tour the focus is on the swim stops and the coastline, so on some days we motor part of the way to leave enough time in the water.
