Last updated: March 2026. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with SailPalma, operated by Omare Yachting Ltd.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit (as specified at time of booking). A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. By completing a booking you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) to be valid.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers activity cancellations.
Guest safety is our absolute priority. If weather conditions make sailing unsafe or uncomfortable, we reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour. In this case, guests will be offered either a full refund or an alternative tour date. We will notify guests as early as possible — typically the evening before or the morning of the tour.
Guests are expected to follow the instructions of the skipper at all times. The skipper has full authority over the vessel and may refuse or terminate service if a guest's behaviour poses a risk to themselves, other guests, or the crew. No refund will be issued in such cases. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by them to the vessel or equipment.
Guests are required to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Life jackets are available in all sizes. Guests participate in water activities (swimming, SUP, snorkelling) entirely at their own risk.
Omare Yachting Ltd. is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) adverse weather, force majeure, or the actions of third parties. Our liability in all cases is limited to the value of the booking in question.
We may take photographs or video during tours for use in our marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the crew at the start of your tour. By not objecting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use any images taken in which you appear.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
