Nothing says thank you like a day on the water. Take your team, your clients or your incentive group out into the bay of Palma for sailing, swimming and lunch at anchor, organised from start to finish.
SailPalma organises company events, team days and incentive trips on private catamarans from La Lonja Marina in Palma de Mallorca. Each catamaran takes up to 12 guests. Groups of up to 24 sail on two boats that anchor side by side, so everyone can get together during the stop. In summer, larger groups can be split across up to 6 catamarans (up to 72 guests); there is no single boat for large groups. Charters run for 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours, from €1,300 per boat. Extra catering, special drinks and a DJ can be arranged on request.

Private charter →Two boats sail out together and anchor next to each other. During the stop, everyone can meet on one catamaran for a toast, lunch or the team photo.
For larger incentives we can put up to 6 catamarans on the water in summer. Please note that each catamaran carries a maximum of 12 guests. There is no single boat for the whole group.
Large party boats feel like a ferry. On our catamarans, every group of up to 12 has its own crew, its own deck and plenty of space. When two boats anchor side by side, the whole team comes together in the water and on board.

The season runs from end of March to end of October, with up to 6 catamarans in summer. In winter one catamaran sails, so larger groups should plan within the season.
Easily. La Lonja Marina is a 5-minute walk from the old town, with plenty of restaurants for the evening.
